1Acceptance and Scope

2Eligibility and Age Requirements

3Registration and Verification
Registration details submitted to jillix must be truthful, current, and complete. Your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, address, and payment information must belong to you. You may hold only one account unless jillix gives prior written approval for a specific reason.
Duplicate, shared, transferred, rented, or purchased accounts are not allowed. A member must not register on behalf of another person or allow someone else to place wagers through the member’s jillix profile. If your details change, update them promptly and provide supporting documents when requested.
Verification may include a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, ownership evidence for a GCash, Maya, bank, or card account, and reasonable information about the source of deposited funds. jillix may temporarily limit deposits, betting, bonuses, or withdrawals while checks are being completed.
4Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your jillix username, password, verification codes, and device access secure. Use a strong password that is not used for another service. Never disclose a one-time code or allow another person to stay logged in through your device.
Activity completed through valid account credentials may be treated as authorised unless you notified jillix promptly about suspected unauthorised access. If your mobile phone, e-wallet, card, or device is lost, secure the affected service first and then contact jillix support.
jillix may apply security checks, log out inactive sessions, request fresh verification, or temporarily restrict an account where unusual activity is detected. These controls protect members but cannot replace sensible password and device security.
5Deposits and PHP Payments
Unless the account interface states otherwise, jillix balances and transactions for Philippine members are displayed in Philippine pesos. The current minimum and maximum amounts, processing times, and available channels are shown during the transaction process and may vary by method.

Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. jillix is not a bank and an account must not be used for storing funds, transferring money between third parties, or conducting transactions unrelated to genuine gaming activity.
Deposits may be declined, reversed, held for review, or returned if ownership cannot be confirmed, the transaction appears unauthorised, or additional checks are required. Any fee clearly displayed before confirmation forms part of the transaction. Your bank or wallet provider may separately impose its own charges.
6Wagers, Odds, and Settlement
Before confirming a jillix wager, review the selection, stake, odds, potential return, market, and any displayed rules. Once accepted, a wager generally cannot be changed or cancelled merely because you made a mistake, changed your mind, or expected a different result.
A wager becomes valid when jillix records and confirms it. Requests that remain pending, fail validation, exceed an available balance, or are not accepted before a market closes do not create a valid wager. The account record is used when reviewing whether acceptance occurred.
Sports markets are settled using the official result and the applicable market rules. Casino, Pusoy, fishing, and live games are settled according to the game provider’s recorded outcome and rules. Obvious display, pricing, technical, or settlement errors may be corrected to reflect the proper outcome. A correction will not be used to turn a genuine losing result into an arbitrary decision.
jillix may void an affected wager where an event is cancelled, a market is offered after the result is known, integrity concerns arise, or the applicable market rule requires voiding. Returns on a void selection are handled according to the wager type and displayed rules.
7Bonuses, Promotions, and VIP Rewards
jillix may make bonuses, cashback, free bets, reload offers, tournaments, or VIP benefits available to selected members. Eligibility may depend on account status, location, verification, deposit method, product activity, or other clearly stated criteria.
Each promotion may carry separate conditions covering minimum deposits, wagering multipliers, qualifying games, contribution rates, maximum bets, expiry dates, withdrawal restrictions, and maximum converted value. Review these conditions before opting in. A jillix promotion should never be treated as guaranteed cash.
Bonus abuse is prohibited. This includes creating duplicate accounts, coordinating activity, using low-risk patterns solely to extract promotional value, or deliberately exploiting an obvious configuration mistake. jillix may withhold or remove affected promotional credits and review related activity when there is reasonable evidence of misuse.
VIP Club membership does not remove verification, security, payment, or responsible gaming requirements. Tier status and benefits can change according to the programme rules, qualifying activity, account standing, or future updates.
8Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to the balance being available, completion of applicable wagering conditions, successful account verification, payment ownership checks, and reasonable transaction review. jillix may request further information before releasing funds.
Where practical, withdrawals are returned through the same method used to deposit. An alternative method may be required if a provider does not support payouts or if security and regulatory checks make another route necessary. The destination account must belong to the verified jillix member.
Displayed processing estimates are not guaranteed completion times. Delays can arise from incomplete information, provider outages, bank schedules, weekends, public holidays, or enhanced checks. Cancelling a pending withdrawal to continue playing increases financial risk and should be considered carefully.
9Prohibited Conduct
You must not use jillix for unlawful, dishonest, abusive, or commercially exploitative activity. Prohibited conduct includes:
- opening duplicate or false accounts;
- sharing, selling, transferring, or controlling another member’s account;
- using stolen funds, unauthorised cards, or third-party payment credentials;
- colluding with other players or coordinating wagers to gain an unfair advantage;
- using bots, scripts, automated tools, scraping systems, or unauthorised software;
- attempting to interfere with a jillix game, server, website feature, or security control;
- exploiting an obvious odds, payment, bonus, or technical error;
- using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward staff or other members;
- using jillix to conceal the source or destination of money.
Where prohibited conduct is reasonably suspected, jillix may restrict the account, pause transactions, request evidence, void affected wagers where the rules allow, and report relevant activity where legally required. Any review will consider the available account, device, game, and payment records.
10Responsible Gaming
jillix is intended for entertainment, not as a source of income or a way to solve financial problems. Every game and betting market carries a risk of loss. Past results, winning streaks, bonus offers, and VIP status do not guarantee future outcomes.
Set a fixed PHP budget before playing and keep money for rent, food, bills, transport, education, medical needs, debt payments, and savings completely separate. Do not borrow to gamble and do not increase stakes to recover a previous loss.

The jillix name, logo, interface, written material, software, graphics, and other platform content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You receive a limited personal right to use the service in accordance with these terms. Copying, republishing, selling, reverse engineering, or commercially exploiting platform material is prohibited.
12Service Availability and Liability
jillix aims to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, internet problems, device faults, payment provider issues, third-party game outages, security events, or circumstances outside reasonable control may interrupt access.
You are responsible for using a suitable device and stable connection. If a disconnection occurs during a live game, the game provider’s disconnection and settlement rules apply. Contact jillix promptly if the displayed result differs from the recorded transaction.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, jillix is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the platform. 13Suspension, Closure, and Dormant Accounts
You may request account closure through jillix support, subject to completion of pending wagers, withdrawals, verification, and any legally required retention or review. Closing an account does not cancel obligations that arose before closure.
jillix may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for breach of these terms, failed verification, security concerns, prohibited conduct, legal requirements, or responsible gaming reasons. Accounts that remain unused for a prolonged period may be treated as dormant under any notice displayed to the member. Any applicable dormant-account process, including advance communication and treatment of remaining funds, will follow the terms and requirements in force at that time.

jillix may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect platform changes, new products, payment developments, security needs, or applicable requirements.
